I am beyond upset with customer service for denying me a refund I ONLY had app for less than 5 hours. I feel so violated by them. Horrible customer service.

Beware.
Developer suddenly switched to subscription based software without any warning. Even if you purchased a license a few months ago they'll charge you again for an unreasonable amount of money.
They do not reply to any questions about this but, instead, choose to ignore your mail.
There are many free and excellent tools out there doing exactly the same thing for no money at all!
